1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any of our triathlon and running programmes, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ogging Fit governing your participation in our programmes.
2. Programme Description
Our triathlon and running programmes offer coaching, training, and guidance for individuals interested in participating in triathlon events and running competitions. The programmes may include group training sessions, personalised training plans, nutritional guidance, and access to coaching resources.
3. Participant Requirements
Participants must be in good health and have the physical capability to engage in strenuous exercise activities. It is your responsibility to inform our coaches of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your participation in the programme. Minors must have parental consent to participate.
4. Payment and Fees
Payment for our programmes is due in full upon registration unless otherwise specified in a payment plan agreed upon by both parties. Fees are non-refundable, except in cases of programme cancellation by Ogging Fit or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.
5. Participation Risks
Participation in triathlon and running activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, illness, and property damage. While we take measures to ensure the safety of our participants, Ogging Fit cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages sustained during the course of the programme.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive by our coaches may result in immediate termination of participation without refund.
7. Personal Data
By enrolling in our programmes, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purposes of programme administration, communication, and marketing. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent.
8. Intellectual Property
All content provided as part of our programmes, including training plans, coaching materials, and resources, is the intellectual property of Ogging Fit and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
9. Modification of Terms
Ogging Fit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to participants via email or posted on our website. Continued participation in our programmes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.

Ogging Fit
1. General Refund Policy
At Ogging Fit, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our programmes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Refunds for Subscription Programs
For subscription-based programmes, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time. If you have paid for the month already and choose to cancel, you will be refunded the prorated amount remaining to the end of the month. The refund will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation.

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
