We’ll discuss your past experiences, any injuries or concerns, and set clear performance targets. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for how Ogging Fit coaching works. This catchup is designed to set the foundation for your journey to success!
Yes, your coach can talk you through a race plan for your upcoming event. This plan will outline your race-day strategy, including pacing, transition tips, nutrition tips and how to handle various segments of the race. Your coach will take into account your training progress, fitness, strengths, and any specific challenges you may face, ensuring you feel prepared and confident on race day. With a tailored race plan, you’ll have a clear roadmap to help you achieve your best performance!
Absolutely! Your coach can provide you with a personalized race nutrition guide tailored to your specific needs and the demands of your upcoming race. This guide will include recommendations on what to eat before, during, and after your event, ensuring you have the right fuel to optimize your performance. Whether you need advice on hydration, energy gels, or recovery meals, your coach will work with you to create a plan that aligns with your goals and preferences.

Absolutely! The great thing about Ogging Fit is the ability to seamlessly switch between Running Coaching and Triathlon Coaching. Your coach will support you in the transition, each step of the way.
Yes! Ogging Fit coaches are able to provide you with running specific strength exercises to complete at the gym, along with scheduling the day in the week. Ensuring you are completing your strength sessions in a way which compliments your overall program.
Our coaching subscriptions are charged on the 1st of the month each month via Direct Debit. To organise a weekly payment, contact admin@oggingfit.com.au.
To communicate with your coach about how a session felt, use the 'Post-Activity' comment section in Training Peaks. For all other communication, please text or phone your coach either via WhatsApp or Mobile.
Yes of course, you can cancel your subscription at anytime.
We update the program on a weekly basis, this allows us the opportunity to be flexible with your schedules.

If your direct debit payment fails, we’ll notify you immediately so you can update your payment details. We'll attempt to process the payment again within a few days. If the issue persists, your coaching services may be paused until the payment is successfully processed. To avoid any interruptions, it’s important to ensure your payment method is up to date. If you need assistance or have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly, and we’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
To pause your membership please contact admin@oggingfit.com.au and we will suspend it from the date of your email. It is free to pause your membership.
